Last Sunday saw the planting 420 hedge tree in the Last Sunday saw the planting 420 hedge tree in the new community orchard & nature reserve. Which will be open to the community in late May. We planted a mix of hawthorn, rowan, wild cherry, hazel, silver birch and dogwood. When established this will create all year round colour with nuts and berries for birds and wildlife. #localnature #pittonnature
